Rc Patel Institute Of Technology Dhule

R. C. Patel Institute of Technology (RCPIT) is an autonomous educational institute located in Shirpur. Established in 2001 it operates under SES trust and SVKM. The institute is affiliated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Lonere.

RCPIT is a private and unaided institute. It has received approval from AICTE, New Delhi and Government of Maharashtra. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has accredited it with an 'A' grade.

The institute offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degrees in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. It also provides PhD programs in Computer Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

The student population exceeds 500.

Student facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, a library, medical services, a gym, sports areas, a cafeteria, laboratories and a swimming pool. Institute features AC and ICT-based classrooms, high-tech laboratories, research centers and high-speed internet access.

RCPIT accepts JEE Mains and MHT CET scores for course admissions. 

The NAAC has awarded RCPIT an 'A' grade. In 2023, India Today ranked institute 270 out of 281 colleges in India. Its B.Tech program ranked 235 out of 246 nationally.

Highest placement salary package recorded for 2021-2022 was approximately 19.14 lakh per annum (LPA). Many MNCs recruit from campus.
