CVR College of Engineering is a private institution established in 2001, and is located in Rangareddy, Telangana. It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and has been duly approved by the AICTE and the UGC, and duly accredited by the NBA.

The college offers B. Tech courses in 7 specialisations at the undergraduate level, and M. Tech programs in 8 specialisations at the postgraduate level.

The college campus is spread out over a sprawling 33-acre area amidst verdant surroundings. It offers various facilities to students such as hostels for boys only, a well-stocked library, outdoor sports facilities, state of the art labs and computer labs, and a student centre housing a canteen, a gym, indoor sports facilities, a medical centre, and a placement office.

Admission to UG and PG courses is granted based on merit marks obtained in Class 12^th, as well as the applicant’s Bachelor’s degree, as well as ranking/scoring I entrance examinations such as the TS-EAMCET, the GATE, and the TS-PGECET.

The CVR College of Engineering was established in 2000 and is run by the Cherabuddi Education Society, an NRI organisation. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

CVR College of Engineering was affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and is located in Mangalpally(V), Ibrahimpatnam(M), Ranga Reddy, 20 km from the center of Hyderabad, India.

The college covers an area of Spread over 32-acre of land area. The college has 71 classrooms, 23 professors rooms, 60 teachers rooms, 6 air-conditioned conference rooms, 40 labs, and about 1280 computer systems, supported by UPS and continuous power back-up from generators.

Hostel and Facilities

Campus facilities

The college promises its students excellent infrastructure. All the class rooms are well lit and airy with multi-media facilities. Each department has its own fully equipped labs with multimedia facilities as well. It has an independent 3 storeyed library building.

The campus also has air conditioned seminar halls and a fully equipped state of art auditorium. The college also provides excellent indoor and outdoor sports facilities to its students, which includes 2 volleyball courts, 1 badminton court, basketball court, tennis courts etc.

Cricket football and other conventional sports are also encouraged. The campus also houses several eateries which serve tasty and nutritious meals at an affordable price.

Hostel Facilities

The college provides hostel facilities to boys. The hostel has a capacity of about 300 students. It aims at providing homely and safe living environment. The rooms are well lit and airy and they are well furnished with the basic amenities.

Facilities of newspapers, magazines, indoor and outdoor games, televisions are also provided. The hostel has mess facility which is supervised by the wardens. Balanced and nutritious meals are served. Round the clock safe drinking water is also ensured.
