1. Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship:

• Up to 50% of the remaining students are eligible for this scholarship.
• The scholarship amount is Rs. 800/- per month for BSc.Ed, BA.Ed and MSc.Ed (I to VIII semesters) and Rs. 1200/- per month for MSc.Ed. (IX to XII semesters) and MEd.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • The student should have secured at least 60% marks in the previous semester examination.
  • The student should not have any backlog or supplementary in any subject.
  • The student should have at least 75% attendance in the previous semester.
  • The student should not be availing any other scholarship or financial assistance from any other source.

1. Need-Based Scholarship:

• This scholarship is awarded to students from low-income families with an annual income of less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • The student should submit an income certificate issued by a competent authority along with the application form.

Application Process:

• Students need to fill an online application form available on the institute website here.
• Required documents such as mark sheets, income certificate, bank account details, etc., must be uploaded.
• A hard copy of the application form along with the documents should be submitted to the scholarship section of the institute within the stipulated time.
• The institute verifies the documents and shortlists eligible candidates for the scholarships.
• The scholarship amount is disbursed directly to the bank account of selected candidates.
