Scholarships

B.Tech Scholarships:

Applicable to B.Tech candidates who have passed 10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects.
Scholarships are given as waivers in tuition fees based on the percentage obtained in 10+2.
The scholarships cover different amounts based on the percentage achieved, ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 17,000.
Available for all branches of B.Tech offered by GITS.

M.Tech Scholarships:

Applicable to M.Tech candidates who have completed B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Scholarships are given as waivers in tuition fees based on the percentage obtained in B.Tech or equivalent degree.
The scholarships cover different amounts based on the percentage achieved, ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000.
Available for all branches of M.Tech offered by GITS.

MBA and MCA Scholarships:

Applicable to MBA and MCA candidates who have completed graduation or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Scholarships are given as waivers in tuition fees based on the percentage obtained in graduation or equivalent degree.
The scholarships cover different amounts based on the percentage achieved, ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 15,000.
Available for both MBA and MCA courses offered by GITS.

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships:

Candidates must secure admission in GITS through a valid entrance exam or merit list.
Minimum attendance of 75% in each semester is required.
No disciplinary actions or backlogs should be against the candidates.
Income certificate and other relevant documents must be submitted as proof of financial need.
Need-based scholarships are also available for economically weaker students belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories or with an annual family income less than Rs. 2.5 lakh.

AICTE Pragati Scholarship Scheme:

Available for girl candidates pursuing technical education at the undergraduate level.
Provides a scholarship of Rs. 50,000 per annum to two girl candidates per family whose family income is less than Rs. 8 lakh per annum .
