Wilson College, Mumbai was established in 1832 as Ambrolie School in Girgaum, later seeing several changes of sites and names, eventually being called Wilson School. A collegiate section from which Wilson College was evolved in 1836. The college is affiliated to Mumbai University and accredited by NAAC with A grade. Wilson College is a Christian Minority Institution and is closely related to CNI.With great pride, they state that the College has been re-accreditated ‘A’ grade by the National Assessment & Accreditation Council which was announced on 30th November, 2011.

Itis one of the few colleges in Mumbai which offer an array of subjects in the arts, science and vocational stream, along with undergraduate courses in management studies, mass media, biotechnology, computer science and information technology. The college aims at providing education to the Christian community and extends its facilities and services to other communities too. They strive to make students of Wilson College to be very ethnic, religious and social group, of the country as well as of the world.
