1. Adi-Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Scholarship:

• Applicable to: SC/ST students from economically weaker sections.
• Expenses Covered: Tuition fees, maintenance allowance and other expenses.

1. Backward Classes Department Scholarship:

• Applicable to: BC/MBC/DNC students with an annual income below Rs. 2 lakhs.
• Expenses Covered: Tuition fees and special fees.

1. Minority Students Scholarship:

• Applicable to: Students from minority communities (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis).
• Expenses Covered: Tuition fees, maintenance allowance and hostel fees.

1. Central Sector Scholarship Scheme:

• Applicable to: Students scoring above 80% in 12th standard exams with an annual income below Rs. 8 lakhs.
• Expenses Covered: Rs. 10,000 per year for undergraduates, Rs. 20,000 per year for postgraduates.

1. Chief Minister's Award to SC/ST Students:

• Applicable to: SC/ST students scoring above 60% in 10th and 12th standard exams.
• Expenses Covered: Rs. 3000 (10th standard) and Rs. 5000 (12th standard).

1. Private Trust Scholarship:

• Offered by various private trusts and foundations based on academic performance, financial need and extracurricular activities (e.g., Agaram Foundation, Vanathi Srinivasan Trust, Rotary Club of Coimbatore).

1. Management Scholarship:
