Ramrao Adik Institute Of Technology, Navi Mumbai (RAIT) Thane

RamraoAdik Institute of Technology is a private institute established in the year 1983 under the affiliation of University of Mumbai, Maharashtra. The institute has been given A grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in the year 2016.

RAIT is located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra and is spread across 2.7 acres of land with well-equipped labs, air-conditioned classrooms, auditorium and library, medical care, gyms and sports facilities.

The admission into the undergraduate course is based on merit marks of class 12^th& JEE Main marks and for postgraduate course, it is based on marks of bachelor’s degree and GATE score.

For Ph.D. Programme, it is based on the scores appeared in Ph.D. entrance test (PET) or GATE/SET/NET/JRF.

Hostel and Facilities

Ram Rao Adik Institute of Technology is situated in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The college campus is covered a large area of 2.7 acres. The college offers an amazing and balanced academic and cultural atmosphere.

Hostel

Only girl students can avail the hostel facility. The hostel rooms are spacious, airy, well maintained and well furnished. All the rooms have basic facilities like water connection, electricity, internet connection etc.

The students can also get laundry service. The hostel mess provides good and fresh foods. Apart from the college canteen, there is a langer café from where students can get a variety of food item at a very reasonable price.

Campus Facilities

The college has a large (around 25 acres) playground where students can play basketball, badminton, etc. Apart from the outdoor sports facility it also provides some indoor game facility such as table tennis, chess etc to its students.

Other facilities include a library with huge collections, the air-conditioned auditorium with Dolby sound system, different labs etc. all the classrooms are very spacious and well equipped with all modern facilities. Moreover, it provides some good and skilled academic staffs.
