Guru Nanak Institute of Technology (GNIT) is an engineering and management studies institute. GNIT is a private institute established in 2008 by Barah Moula Educational Society.

The institute offers many undergraduate degree programs. These programs include B. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, CSE-Cyber Security, CSE-Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Graduate programs include M. Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering and MBA.

Institute has an enrollment of about 4000 students and a staff of 550. GNIT is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad.

The campus features different facilities like libraries, modern classrooms, laboratories, a computer center, an auditorium, seminar halls, a sports complex, a gym, hostels and a cafeteria. It also provides transport, a health center, guest rooms, Wi-Fi access and banking facilities.

For admissions, GNIT accepts TS EAMCET scores for B.Tech., GATE or TS PGECET for M.Tech. and TS ICET or equivalent for MBA. The institute holds NAAC accreditation with an A+ grade since 2019-20. GNIT was granted autonomous status by UGC in 2020.

Placement - It has successfully placed students in reputed companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini and Tech Mahindra.
