Fee Structure of Thapar University, Patiala

Various Scholarships offered by the college are - 

1. Merit Scholarship for B.E/B.Tech Students: Awarded to the top 10% of students in each branch based on their CGPA at the end of each semester. Covers 50% of the tuition fee for the next semester.
2. Merit-Cum-Means Scholarships for UG Students: For students with an annual family income of less than Rs. 10 lakhs and a CGPA of 8.5 or above. Covers 25% of the tuition fee for the next semester.
3. Scholarship for M.E/M.Tech Students: GATE-qualified students with valid scorecards receive Rs. 12,400 per month (full-time) or Rs. 5,000 per month (part-time).
4. Scholarship for M.Sc Students: Students in M.Sc programs (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biotechnology) receive Rs. 5,000 per month.
5. Scholarships for MBA Students: Based on NMAT or other entrance exam scores, ranging from 20% to 80% of tuition fees.
6. Scholarships for Executive MBA Students: For working professionals based on work experience and academic performance, ranging from 10% to 40% of tuition fees.
7. Fellowships for Ph.D (Residential and Executive) Students: Rs. 31,000 per month (residential) or Rs. 15,000 per month (executive).
8. Fellowships for M.Phil Students: Rs. 25,000 per month.
9. Scholarships for Liberal Arts and Sciences Students: Based on pre-university qualifying exam marks, ranging from 60% to 80% of tuition fees.
