Salem College o Engineering and Technology is a private institute founded in 2009 and approved by AICTE and Government of Tamil Nadu. The institution is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Salem College of Engineering and Technology provides courses for post graduate as well as undergraduate programs. It offers courses in CSE, Mechanical, Civil, ECE, EEE and Bio-Chemical Engineering. The admissions are done on the basis of percentage scored in 12th standard and JEE Mains as well.

Salem College of Engineering and Technology is situated in Salem, Tamil Nadu. This private college campus is spread over across a large area.

Hostel

This technical institute has separate hostels for its boys and girls students. The hostel accommodation can be single or double occupancy. The rooms are well furnished along with all basic necessities like 24 hours electricity, tap water, purified drinking water etc.

It also provides dormitory options to its students. The hostel kitchen is well maintained and serves quite a good food. The kitchen has attached dining hall which is spacious enough to accommodate a large number of students.
