Scholarships

Scholarship for Reservation Class:

Applicable to students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories who have secured admission through entrance exams.
For example, SC/ST students in B.Tech courses receive a full fee waiver, while OBC/EWS students receive a partial fee waiver.

Scholarship for Merit Students:

Applicable to students with a CGPA above 8 in their previous academic year.
B.Tech students receive Rs. 10,000 per year and M.Tech students receive Rs. 15,000 per year.

Scholarship for GATE Qualified Students:

For students who have cleared the GATE exam and enrolled in M.Tech courses.
Scholarship amount is Rs. 12,400 per month for 24 months.

Additional details-

State and central scholarships are available; about 60% of students receive scholarships.
Loans are available for financially needy students.
Scholarships are also provided to economically weaker sections in the state.
