St Martins Engineering College, Secunderabad (SMEC) Ranga Reddy

St. Martin's Engineering College is an unaided private institute located in Secunderabad. It was established in 2002 by St. Martin's Children's Education Society. The campus spans 17 acres. The college is autonomous and recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is permanently affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

College offers ten B.Tech courses. These include Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. The flagship program is B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.

St. Martin's has 4,000+ students and 350+ faculty members. The college features a library, cafeteria, auditorium, sports facilities and a gym.

For admissions the college accepts EAMCET scores for B.Tech and PGECET for M.Tech courses.

College holds an 'A+' accreditation from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). All courses also hold accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). It is ISO certified.

St. Martin's has received rankings from NIRF and ARIIA. It ranks second in Telangana according to Wikipedia. College has over 108 MoUs with different companies and institutes.

Placements - In academic year 2019-20 college reported excellent placement statistics. A total of 706 students were placed resulting in a placement percentage of 98%. The average salary offered was Rs. 3,50,000 per annum.
