Anurag Group of Institutions, Ghatkesar Mandal is an autonomous institute that is established in the year 2002. This institute is approved by University Grants Commission, AICTE, NBA, PCI, accredited ‘A’ grade by NAAC and affiliated by JNTUH, Hyderabad.

Application and Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure

For B.Tech, the admission procedure is divided into two sections 70% of seats are filled by the Govt. of Telangana while the rest 30% are filled by the College Management. For admission in the former category, candidates need to get a valid rank in State Common Engineering Entrance Examination (TSEAMCET).

Candidates can pick the course of their choice as per their rank in the entrance exam. For admission in the latter category, candidates need to approach the admission department of the college directly. For Lateral Entry into 2^nd year B.Tech/B.Pharm/Pharm-D, admission will be done by made by Govt. of Telangana through centralized counselling.

For admission in Masters Programme, admission is again divided into two sections. In the first category admission will be done by the Govt. of Telangana to fill 70% of the seats through centralized counselling. The basis of the counselling will be candidates score in GATE/GPAT/PGECET examination. Admission to the rest 30% will be made by the College Management based on the performance of the candidate in GATE/GPAT/PGECET.

For MBA, the same division is followed, 70% seats will be filled through centralized counselling while the rest 30% will be filled in accordance with the college authority.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel facilities

The girl’s hostel is situated in the vicinity of the campus. The students can reach the campus within two minutes on foot. The accommodations are available for the girls in the hostel on the basis of first cum first serve basis.

There are exclusive dining facilities within the hostel buildings. The college is a 2-min walk from the hostel.

Other facilities

There is a food court which has a modern kitchen and spacious dining hall. Various other facilities include-

• Mini cafes and fast food centres available within the campus
• The transport facilities are also available from the Uppal Bus Depot where about 38 college buses depart and arrive with the students.
• A health centre is also available with a full-time doctor and nurse for the well being of the students.
