The Anurag Group of Institutions is situated in Ghatkesar in Hyderabad. Institute was established in 2002 as a private unaided college.

The college has three schools- the School of Engineering, Pharmacy and Business Management. The institute offers eight Undergraduate and eleven Postgraduate programs in Engineering. It has two Undergraduate and five Postgraduate programs in Pharmacy and one Postgraduate program in Management.

The campus covers an area of 55 acres with a built-up space exceeding 600,000 square feet. It has the infrastructure to support around 10,000 students.

The institute holds autonomy and is approved by the University Grants Commission, AICTE, NBA and PCI. It is accredited with an 'A' grade by NAAC and is affiliated with JNTUH, Hyderabad.

For admissions, institute accepts scores from different exams, including TS EAMCET, JEE-Main, TS PGECET, GATE, TSICET, as well as UGC-NET and SET-TS. It also conducts its own entrance examination called Anurag CET for both UG and PG admissions.

In 2021 NIRF India Rankings institute was placed in 101-150 category.

In 2020, the institute recorded 814 placement offers from companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys and IBM.

Facilities at the institute include many mini cafes and fast food centers. It provides transport services from Uppal Bus Depot through approximately 38 college buses. A health center with a full-time doctor and nurse is also available.
