Amity University is a private university set up in 2010. It is one the premier university in the NCR-Region. It was established under The Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act and is located in Gurgaon, Haryana.

The university offers more than 100 courses in various disciplines like Management, Commerce, Nursing, Law, Medical, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, and Languages etc. All courses offered by the university are accredited with the respective governing body like UGC, ASIC, IET, and ACBSP etc.

It stretched across a 110 acre campus including a 20 acre sports campus. The university believes in multi cultural diversity and house students from more than 15 countries.

Application and Admission Procedure

How to apply?

There are 3 ways to apply at Amity University, Gurgaon.

Online Method

The candidates can fill up the application form through online. For this, they need to visit the official site www.amity.edu.gurgaon After that they need to fill up the form, upload the scanned copies of required documents such as class X mark sheet (for foreign students academic transcripts and AIU equivalent certificate) and recent passport-sized coloured photographed (it should be in JPEG/ JPG/ GIFT/PNG/ BMP format).

Then they need to pay the application fee of Rs 1100 through Debit Card/Credit Card. After successfully payment process did they need to submit the form.

Offline Method

The second one is the Offline submission of application form. For that, they need to download the form from the official website, www.amity.edu and then they need to take a print out of it. After that, they need to paste a recent passport sized coloured photograph on it and submit it along with a photocopy of class X mark sheet(for foreign students academic transcripts and AIU equivalent certificate) and in cash/DD of Rs 1100 drawn in favour of "Amity Form " payable at New Delhi. The candidates can send the form along with all the documents by post or in person to the campus of the university or in any university information centers. The candidates need to write their name and Application number on the back side of the DD.

The last one is the candidates can buy the application pack from Amity Information Centers/Campus.

The application form for PG programmes is available every year from the month of January and for UP programmes application forms are available from the month March.

Admit Card: The candidates need to download the Admit card from the official website, www.amity.edu. For that, they need to select the campus from the home page and then they need to select the link for Admit Card. After that, they need to fill the correct Registration no., Name and password accordingly and then click on the Submission button. Then Admit Card will be displayed on the monitor and they need to take a print out of it.

Admission procedure: For courses, the university conducts its own entrance exam like Amity JEE and for other programmes merit score in the academic qualifying exam is the gateway of this university.

The campus provides dynamic learning atmosphere with air-conditioned, smart classrooms built in amphitheatre style and spacious syndicate rooms that acts as a place for students to discuss, brainstorm, learn and evolve. The College also has a student driven Radio Centre.

The Sport centre of the University is spread across 20acres of land with up to date equipments for outdoor games – basketball, cricket, tennis, volleyball and also for indoor games – table tennis, carrom, snooker and more. The centre also has a well equipped Gymnasium for both boys and girls.
