Fee Structure of BML Munjal University (BMU) , Gurgaon

1. Merit Scholarships: Awarded to students with high academic performance in previous qualifications or entrance exams. The amount and number of scholarships vary based on the course and branch of study .
2. Haryana Domicile Scholarship: A 25% tuition fee waiver for students who are residents of Haryana and have a valid domicile certificate.
3. Defence Ward Scholarship: A 10% tuition fee waiver for students who are wards of serving or retired defence personnel.
4. Ishan Uday Scholarship: A scholarship scheme by the Ministry of Education for students from the North-Eastern region of India. The scholarship amount varies based on the type of course.
5. Scholarship by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD): For economically weaker sections, with varying scholarship amounts based on the type of course.
6. Hero Group Employees Ward's Scholarship: A 25% tuition fee waiver for students who are wards of serving employees of Hero Group companies.
7. Sports Scholarship: For students excelling in sports at national or state levels, with varying eligibility criteria and scholarship amounts.

Postgraduate Scholarships

Hostel Charges-

• Tower Single Room- The annual fee for AC accommodation is 221,500 and for non-AC accommodation, it's 211,500.
• Tower Double Room- The annual fee for AC accommodation is 193,200 and for non-AC accommodation, it's 188,200.
• Tower Triple Room- The annual fee for AC accommodation is 171,150 and for non-AC accommodation, it's 166,150.
• Apartment Single Room- The annual fee for AC accommodation is 233,000 and for non-AC accommodation, it's 223,000.
• Apartment Double Room- The annual fee for AC accommodation is 210,000 and for non-AC accommodation, it's 205,000.
• Apartment Triple Room- The annual fee for AC accommodation is 187,950 and for non-AC accommodation, it's 182,950.

Additional Details

• The hostel charges are inclusive of accommodation, food and laundry. 
• The annual electricity will be charged on actuals. 
• A one-time registration fee and security deposit will be extra and will have to be deposited at the time of admission. 
• The one-time security deposit (refundable) is 25,000 and the one-time registration charges are 25,000.

Hostel Facilities

• The hostel facilities include single, double and triple rooms along with shared common rooms and bathrooms on each floor. 
• BMU offers hostel apartments. It is a small group of students share an apartment. 
• Apartments have single rooms, double rooms, or triple rooms
• They also have a living room equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, sofa and lounge chairs. 
• Each apartment can only be accessed by the students that live in that apartment. 
• There is a separate apartment building only for girls, which has only single and double rooms.
• The hostel accommodation is available to all students and it is mandatory.
• Hostel room allotment depends on the availability of rooms at the time of the request.
