Fee Structure Of ABV-IIITM, Gwalior-Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute Of Information Technology And Management

Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management is also known as Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV- IITM). This public institute was established in 1997 and is located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. It was built under the aegis of MHRD, Govt. of India and has been accredited an ‘A’ grade by the NAAC.

The 160 acres campus is located near the Gwalior Fort which affords it a historically aesthetic appeal. It harbours all essential amenities needed for a suitable study and habitation environment, such as Hostels, Canteens, Medical Centres, Bank, Gymnasiums, Open air theatre, Library etc.

The college offers IT and Management courses at PG level. PhD in the desired stream is easily available as well. To get admission in the courses 75% marks are required for general category, for others 5% relaxation is provided. The score of JEE- Main entrance exam is also considered.

The college holds various cultural, literary, spiritual and sports events. The Government of India has recognised it as an Institute of National Importance. In India Today’s rankings of Engineering colleges in India, the IIITM achieved the 21st rank.

Hostel

Indian Institute of Information Technology has three boys hostels and one girls hostel with a capacity of 1015 students in a total. The hostels also provides the following facilities:

• Dining hall
• Reading rooms
• Badminton court
• Table Tennis in recreation rooms

Special separate rooms can be made available for research students with families within the campus premises if available. A Visitor’s Hostel for is separately available.

The cultural festival of the college is called “Aurora” and another cultural platform facilitated by the Madhya Pradesh government is SPICMACAY. The technical event is called “Infotsav”. Literary participation is also encouraged through college run magazines and newsletters like Abhishar, Gunjan etc.
