Scholarships
  1. Merit Scholarship:
  • Applicable to: Best two students of each program based on their end semester results.
  • Expenses Covered: Rs 1000 per month for each student.
  1. National Scholarship Scheme:
  • Applicable to: Students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
  • Expenses Covered: Varies depending on the course and category of the student.
  1. University-based Financial Assistance:
  • Applicable to: Needy students not covered by any other scholarship scheme.
  • Expenses Covered: Decided by the university based on availability of funds.

Eligibility Criteria - 

Merit Scholarship:

  • Must have secured at least 60% marks in end semester examination.
  • Must have attended at least 75% of classes in each course.
  • Must not have any disciplinary action or penalty against them.

National Scholarship Scheme:

  • Must belong to SC, ST, OBC, or EWS category as per government norms.
  • Must have a valid income certificate issued by competent authority.
  • Must have secured at least 50% marks in qualifying examination.

University-based Financial Assistance:

  • Must have a valid income certificate issued by competent authority.
  • Must have a good academic record and attendance.
