GMERS Medical College, Valsad is a government-society type medical college established in 2012. It is located on a 36-acre campus that includes college building, a hospital and residential quarters for faculty and students.

The college is affiliated with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. It offers an undergraduate program in Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) along with nursing and para-medical courses. MBBS program is flagship course and college has a capacity for 200 undergraduate students annually. Faculty consists of around 200 members who are qualified and dedicated.
