PK Roy Memorial College is located in Dhanbad. It is a constituent college of Binod Bihari Mahto Koyalanchal University. College was established in 1960.

It offers courses at Intermediate, Under-Graduate and Post Graduate levels across many subjects. College currently provides PG teaching in 13 subjects.

At the Under-Graduate level, the college offers BA, B.Sc. and BCom courses, including both Honours and general options in about 23 specializations. Also it provides BBA and BCA courses. For Post Graduate studies, students can pursue MA, M.Sc. and MCom in around 12 specializations.

Admission to regular courses for the Four Year Undergraduate Programme will be based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2023 conducted by NTA.

The college has received a NAAC accreditation with a 'B' grade. It features an Administrative Building, a Social Science Building and an MP Hall with a capacity of 200 students. Built-up area is approximately three acres with ample space for a playground.
