The NIFT Kangra is an educational institute in fashion. It was established in 2009.

NIFT Kangra is situated in Kangra Valley. Its campus covers 40 acres. The institute focuses on textile, apparel, lifestyle accessories and fashion communication. It offers a Bachelor of Design program with four specializations- Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Textile Design and Fashion Communication. It also provides a Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFT) in Apparel Production.

More than 1200 students have graduated from NIFT Kangra. The institute autonomous and accredited by University Grants Commission and AICTE.

Candidates must pass General Ability Test (GAT) followed by Creative Ability Test (CAT) and a Situation Test for admission.

NIFT Kangra ranked #17 in Fashion Designing according to India Today in 2022.

NIFT Kangra does not conduct placements locally. Instead, placements occur in Delhi. Over 300 successful candidates have been placed to date.
