Doranda College Ranchi is a constituent college of Ranchi University. College was established in 1962.

The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses across many disciplines. At undergraduate level it provides a Bachelor of Arts in 17 specializations and a Bachelor of Commerce in 5 specializations.

Postgraduate programs include a Master of Arts in 13 specializations and a Master of Science in 5 specializations. Diploma courses in Retail Management and vocational courses like BBA, BCA, IT, TTM and OMSP are also available. The flagship programs at Doranda College include M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, MBA/PGDM and MCA. Doranda College 25 departments.

The college provides different facilities, including a library, sports complex, gym, medical services, auditorium, parking and laboratories. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi access and an IT lab.

For the MBA and BEd programs different admission criteria apply. Entrance exams accepted include JCECE, CAT, MAT and XAT.
