Scholarships

Swami Vivekananda Merit Scholarship:

Offered by the West Bengal government.
Eligibility: Students who have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class.
Annual family income should not exceed INR 2 lakhs.
Scholarship amount: INR 2000 per month for arts and commerce students and INR 2500 per month for science students.

Government of India Post Matric Scholarship:

For students belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories.
Eligibility: Passed the 10th class with at least 50% marks.
Annual family income should not exceed INR 2.5 lakhs for SC/ST students and INR 1 lakh for OBC students.
Scholarship amount varies from INR 160 to INR 750 per month depending on the course.

Kanyashree Prakalpa:

For unmarried girls below 18 years of age enrolled in an undergraduate course.
Annual family income should not exceed INR 1.2 lakhs.
Scholarship amount: INR 25000 as a one-time grant.
