Scholarship Plan for B.Tech Lateral Entry and M.Tech:

Applicable to: Students who join B.Tech in the second or third year through lateral entry or transfer from other institutes.
Expenses Covered: Scholarship of Rs. 36,000/- (60% of tuition fee) in the joining year for B.Tech lateral entry students. M.Tech students receive a scholarship of Rs. 45,000/- per year and Rs. 40,000/- per year for IIST students.
Eligibility: Based on academic performance, entrance exam score, income certificate, caste certificate, etc.

Scholarship for SC/ST Candidates:

Applicable to: Students belonging to SC/ST category.
Expenses Covered: Scholarship of Rs. 45,000/- per year.
Eligibility: Based on caste category.

Scholarship for OBC Candidates:

Applicable to: Students belonging to OBC category.
Expenses Covered: Scholarship of Rs. 30,000/- per year.
Eligibility: Based on caste category.

Sports Scholarship:

Applicable to: Students who have represented the state or national level in sports.
Expenses Covered: Not specified.
Eligibility: Based on sports achievements.
