The Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Engineering is located in Pune. It was established in 1999 by Progressive Education Society. The college is an unaided private institute affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.

The college offers a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in five specializations- Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Engineering. BTech program is primary course offered.
