TECHNO INDIA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY

Techno India College of Technology is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. Spread over an area of 5 acres in Rajarhat, Kolkata, it is the seventh college established by the Techno India Group.

Admission to the Bachelor of Technology courses is made on the basis of ranks secured by the students in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination and Joint Entrance Examination. The college has also secured a few seats for NRI students.

Application and Admission Procedure

HOW TO APPLY?

A score of minimum 45% in 12th standard with mandatory subject physics, mathematics, chemistry or biotechnology is essential for being eligible for admission to the college.

Candidates can also apply to the college by securing minimum ranks in entrance exams like WBJEE, JEE-Mains, PGET, GATE JECA.

The candidates have to apply online for admission. The online application form will be available on the official website of the college.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED

Documents like the original admit card of the respective joint entrance examination, the rank card of the respective joint entrance examination, attested photocopies of 10th and 12th marksheet,

school leaving certificate, passport size photograph of the candidate are documents required at time of the admission and verification.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission is done through counselling conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board which is based on the rank obtained by the candidate in the entrance examinations.

The hostels are well furnished and all the basic necessities are available for the students to make them feel homely. The food is also delicious and healthy. The students are provided with a wide variety of facilities in the hostel premises.

There is a central library which provides a large volume of textbooks with relevant subjects, books, periodicals, journals, magazines, and so on. There is also a provision of the digital library which is resourced with e-books, e-journals, online assessment software, GATE study material and much more.

The auditorium is well designed with a seating capacity of approximately 400 students. The healthcare and the canteen facilities are also available in the most appropriate manner.
