The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, Ph.D. and certificate level courses. These include programs like B.Tech, BBA, BBA-LLB, BA-LLB, MBA, M.Tech, LLM and PhD. The MBA program serves as the flagship course.
ICFAI has three schools- ICFAI Business School (IBS), Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) and Faculty of Law. The university has more than 15,000 students.
The campus features many facilities, including classrooms, faculty rooms, lecture halls and laboratories. Sports facilities like badminton, table tennis and squash are also available. The university accepts scores from entrance tests like ATIT, JEE for B.Tech and CAT, CMAT or XAT for MBA. It also conducts its entrance test IBSAT.
The university is accredited by NAAC with an 'A++' grade and is approved by UGC. It is recognized by Association of Commonwealth Universities and Association of Indian Universities. According to Careers 360 University Ranking Survey 2022, it ranks first among top private universities in Telangana
