Remarks

My experience with the college has been great from classrooms to faculty of infra all has been top notch. The classes are on time as well as the events keep on happening regularly. The placements are ok but the management should work on. The university is Kolkata which is an educational hub in itself. The faculties are also very good.

Entrance Exam

The admission into the college is based on entrance test as well as the management quota. I got admission into the university directly through that quota. Though I had to pay some additional fee as compared to students who get into the entrance scare. i came to know about the college from one of our seniors they suggested me to take admission here. I always wanted to an engineering so I took this course.

Fees

The fee of the college is very reasonable and in comparison college in the same league is also very good. I had paid around Rs 5,45,000 for my my whole course which is for 4 years. As I have said before the fee for the students who have taken admission based on entrance test like WBJEE is cheaper, since I got through direct quota I paid this fee. college has good faculties are experienced and also the focus is on interactive learning so paying the fee is worth

Placements

The first batch of the college is yet to pass so I cant tell much about the placements as I am also waiting for it. Though the college has a placement cell which is a good thing as they monitor the placement activities so that students could get placed in upcoming years with good packages . I am very much hopeful that the placement of the college will be very good. Other than that seniors have had internships and industrial visits.

Hostel and Facilities

Being a day scholor I don’t stay in the hostel but from what I have heard hostel rooms here are great , the rooms are provided on sharing basis and the rooms are air-conditioned ,food provided in hostel is also very good.

Alumni

As it is new so we don’t have any alumni meet as of yet. The seniors provide guidance and helpful advice for current batches. They also help us with the exams, internship and even visits to the industries.

Faculty

All of our faculties have over 10 years of experience in their area of interest. They are experienced and believe in interactive learning so that students can learn the basics properly. they are always available to clear our doubts each time we ask. They are one of the reasons you can take admission in this college.

Campus Life

It is one of the bets in the city. students involved just in extra curricular activities like MUNs, Clubs, Event Organizations, etc. The students here are hardworking and can manage grades and as well as other activities majorly sports.

Academics

The semester system is followed by the college. There are tests on a regular basis so that students are well versed with the topics. Projects and assignemnets need to be submitted on time if you want to be in the good eyes of the faculty.

Internships

Students are provided internships in the renowned companies and many students are also provided internship opportunities in many startups. For me the internship happened in my 3rd year itself and you can also get stipend. The stipend I got was around Rs 10 k for 2 months.

Loans and Scholarships

The scholarship is not provided by the university as per me but you can apply to the state or central govt. You can take loan from banks.

Remarks

My college time was the best time that i can ever imagine. Especially those moments of spend with my friends so great. The faculty of the college is very helpful as well as very experienced. It has a lot of facility which includes high speed wifi, common gym, architecture, excellent labs, transportation facility etcetera

Entrance Exam

For bcom course you don't need to give any of the entrance test. Admission is just based on your class 12th maths as well as your personal interview. The admission process is offline and the candidates have to visit college with their marksheets and other related documents. shot listed the candidate will be called for the interview

Fees

i believe receive the college is a bit expenses acetate to other courses. The fees of the bcom program is around 6.5 lacs with consist of 2 years. Compared to other colleges which offered same goes it is a bit high and management should consider dropping the fees a bit.

Placements

Colleges has a dedicated placement cell which takes care of students placements. They helped with interviews and aptitude tests and other such type of things which are important during the placement season. The average placement is around 4 to 5 lacs. Some teachers are also members about college placement cell which makes it much more easier and accessible

Hostel and Facilities

University has a top notch hostel with all the latest facilities provided. It also believes in creating environment friendly institution. Some of the facilities of the college are health and medical facility, canteen, cafeteria, smart classes, green environment etc.

The campus life is full of fun with extra-curricular activities and bazaar as well as academic events. The gender ratio is around 2:1. Also the campus is ragging free and there isn’t any kind of discrimination on any ground. All this makes college very great

Yes the college provide scholarship to students. Scholarships are the basic eligibility criteria is that you should be a good student and hardworking student. The college also has various tie ups with banks which provide you loan at very low interest rates. The amount of scholarship ranges from course to course sand have different parameters such as qualification performance in admission test , attendance etc. The student gets scholarship it is only available for one semester and if he wants to renew the scholarship he has to scored good marks in his next semester exams

The college is good but the management is pretty strict. College has all the basic facilities as well as it is a great college for post graduate education.

Admission into the MBBS program you need to clear the neet entrance test. The college has the minimum cutoff and you need to go above that in the entrance test to get admission in to the college. The reason is this colleges it was or is one of the best colleges when it comes to medical education

Being medical course the fee is obviously very high. College charges around 10 lacs. Also the students who do not get through forget to the management quota have to pay around 3 to 4 lakhs extra.

Placements

There is no placement provided by the college. Post completing education you can either go for your own clinic, or for higher studies. The management also calls back ex students for guest sessions or lectures.

Yes college provides hostel facility to the students. The rooms uploaded on sharing and single basis. The fee depends on teh type of room you choose. If you want to stay in the hostel you have to pay around 1 to 3 lacs. 1 lakhs shared and 3 lakhs for single rooms.
