It is a private institute established in 2009. It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by AICTE.

Application and Admission Procedure

Global Institute of Engineering and Technology is educational technical education institution developed by the Prasad Educational Trust, and it came into existence in the year 2006.

The institute is situated at Melvishsharam, Vellore on Chennai-Bangalore Highway. All its courses are approved by AICTE and the college is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Admission Procedure:

Admission to engineering courses takes place through a score of TNEA. Admission forms can be downloaded from college website.

Admission to PG courses takes place through TANCET score. Lateral admission facility is also available.

Hostel and Facilities

The Global Institute of Engineering and Technology, provides the facility of accommodation in the campus for the students enrolled in their institute. The rooms provided to the students are very spacious and are well furnished.
