Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU) is a public state university in Bhilai. It was established in 2004. University occupies a 250-acre campus on North Park Avenue in Bhilai.

It has 44 engineering colleges, 40 polytechnics, 11 pharmacy colleges and one architecture institute affiliated with it. It accepts national-level entrance exams like JEE Main, GATE and CAT for BTech, MTech and MBA admissions.
