The Calcutta Unani Medical College specializes in Unani medicine. It was established in 1994. It is the only government-recognized Unani medical college in West Bengal. The college operates under the the All India Unani Tibbi Conference West Bengal unit and is affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences.

College offers a Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) program. This program lasts for 5.5 years including a one-year internship. The course follows regulations set by the Central Council of Indian Medicine. College has an intake capacity of 40 students and employs 34 faculty members.
