Gaya College Of Engineering Gaya

Gaya College of Engineering is a government institute established in 2008. College is located in Sri Krishna Nagar, Gaya, over an area of 87 acres. 

It focuses on providing technical education in different disciplines. It offers undergraduate courses, including B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering. The college also has postgraduate courses across four engineering departments and one science and humanities department.

The faculty to student ratio is 1-25. Gaya College of Engineering is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Students have access to many facilities, including sports, medical, gym, Wi-Fi, a bank, ATM, hostel accommodations, a guest house, a library and a computer center. Admission to college requires an entrance exam specifically BCECE which consists of screening and mains examinations followed by counseling. College accepts JEE Main and REAP for admissions.

It has established international collaborations, including a project sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, with IIT-ISM Dhanbad and IIT Patna.

Placements - Graduates have been placed in different companies, including Prism Cement, Tata Steel and Dalmia Bharat Cement.
