The HMR Institute of Technology and Management is a private type of college which was established in the year 2002 and is located in New Delhi, India. It is affiliated to GGSIPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi) and is approved by AICTE. The institute offers both management and the engineering courses for the undergraduate as well as post-graduation. It was founded by the Hira Lal, Mohan Devi, Rita Gupta Memorial Trust.
The trust has designed all the facilities for the students from art educational facilities, well designed & ventilated classrooms, laboratories, with computer labs and library.
The campus of the college is spread over an area of five acres which offers a safe and secure environment for the students. The there administrative block consists of libraries with well-stacked books, labs with the latest equipment, workshops, conference rooms, auditorium and modern canteen and cafeteria.

Application and Admission Procedure
HOW TO APPLY?
The candidate seeking admission at HMR Institute of Technology and Management eligible for the same if they qualify that 12 or equivalent examination
with mandatory subject’s (physics, mathematics, chemistry and english) with minimum 55% marks.
They must also appear and qualify Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University common entrance test (GGSIPU CET).
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The candidates can apply online only. The candidate should fill the application form for the common entrance test through the official website of GGSIPU by paying the application fee of rupees 1000 + processing charges and Taxes.
The application payment should be done by debit or net banking or through an offline medium by challan.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission is purely based on merit. It is done through counselling which is based on the rank or scores obtained by the candidate in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (GGSIPU CET).
The shortlisted candidates have to attend the counselling conducted by IPU by paying the counselling application fees of rupees 1000.

Campus facilities
HRM Institute of Technology and Management has a well stocked library with more than 30,000 books and a number of E-resources. It has subscription to Pan-India as well as international journals. Apart from this the college also has the following facilities:

Students can participate in various technical and cultural events regularly held at the campus. “Emblazon” is the annual cultural festival of the college and “ICCCS” is the annual technical event.
There are two committees available for grievance redressal of students and maintenance of law and order on the campus, namely the Student Counselling Cell and Discipline Committee.
The college also provides transportation services to students and staff with a collection of 30 buses. It covers almost all parts of the Delhi.
