Fee Structure Of MEAEC, Malappuram-Mea Engineering College, Perinthalmanna

Established in the year 2001, MEA Engineering College is a self-financing engineering college in Malappuram district. The College is governed by the Muslim Educational Association (MEA) constituted by the Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama. The institution is affiliated to the University of Calicut and approved by the AICTE.

The campus is spread over 28 acers and it offers impressive infrastructure to its students including well equipped labs, well stocked digital library, sports facilities, WiFi, seminar halls, eateries etc.

Under B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology), the following courses are offered:

Admissions to the various courses are strictly on merit. However a common test is conducted by the University for the purpose of granting scholarship. The college also holds an impressive placement record with increasing number of students being placed every year.

How to apply

To apply to various courses of MEA engineering college, students have to procure the application form and fill academic, personal and other details. Form and prospectus can be obtained in three ways

• In person from the college office on payment of Rs.300/-
• By post from the Principal, M E A Engineering College Perinthalmanna, Vengoor, Pattikkad Post, Malappuram dist., PIN 679 325, one has to send a demand draft of Rs.330/- in favor of the Principal, MEA Engineering College, payable at Perinthalmanna.
• Download it from official website www.meaengg.in and send a demand draft of Rs. 300/- along with the form to academic section of the college.

Admission Procedure

Admission to its various courses is done according to the rank of the student in Common Entrance Examination. Seats are allocated on the basis of merit and student has to be present in person along with the supporting documents and scorecard.

Seat will be confirmed once the candidate pays the required fee.

Hostel facilities

MEA provides hostel facilities to both boys and girls. The hostel is self sufficient and secure in every aspect. The hostel wardens ensure discipline and the mess is taken care of by the students themselves. The hostel has round the clock wifi. The Hostel fee is to be paid in advance at the beginning of each academic year by the students.
