Scholarships

Fee Waiver Scheme:

Applicable to: Students from economically weaker sections.
Covers: Tuition fee for four years of B.Tech course.

XMEC Social Assistance (XSA) Scholarship:

Applicable to: Students who have secured a rank below 1000 in KEAM and have joined MEC.
Amount: Rs.25000 per year for four years.

Post Matric Scholarship:

Applicable to: Students belonging to minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi).
Covers: Admission fee, tuition fee, maintenance allowance and other allowances.

Central Sector Scholarship Scheme:

Applicable to: Students who scored above 80 percentile in Class 12 examination and have an annual income less than Rs.8 lakhs.
Amount: Rs.10000 per year for four years of B.Tech course and Rs.20000 per year for two years of M.Tech course.

Merit Cum Means Scholarship:

Applicable to: Students belonging to minority communities who secured admission in M.Tech course.
Covers: 50% of tuition fee (maximum Rs.20000 per year).
