The Universal Group of Institutions which includes Universal School of Engineering and Universal Business School is a private educational institute. It was established in 2009. Campus covers an area of 10.5 acres.

Institute offers education and training in Engineering, Management, Computer Applications and IT. Programs are available at the Diploma Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. The undergraduate programs include LLB, B.Pharma and Agriculture. It also provides a BSc in Environmental Science, B.Com, BA and a 5-year integrated BA.LLB with IAS/IPS/KAS coaching.

Universal Group of Institutions is affiliated with Punjab Technical University, Punjabi University, Patiala and Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training. Institute has received approval from All India Council of Technical Education and Punjab Government.

The institute offers many facilities including well-planned classrooms designed for light and space utilization. It accepts many entrance exams for admission, like LSAT, CAT, GATE, XAT, MAT, CMAT, PSEB 10th, CBSE 12th, PSEB 12th, CBSE 10th, GMAT, GPAT, AILET, CLAT and NEET.
