Fee Structure of SRI Krishna Institute Of Technology (SKIT) , Bangalore

1. Post Matric Scholarship to SC/ST/Backward Classes:

• Applicable to: Students belonging to SC/ST/Backward Classes.
• Eligibility: Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous examination and have an annual income not exceeding Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
• Expenses Covered: Varies from Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 10,000 per annum depending on the course.

1. Fees Concession to Category-l, II and III:

• Applicable to: Students belonging to Category-l, II and III.
• Eligibility: Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous examination and have an annual income not exceeding Rs. 1 lakh for Category-l, Rs. 2.5 lakhs for Category-II and Rs. 3.5 lakhs for Category-III.
• Expenses Covered: Tuition fee and other fees.

1. National Scholarship for Non-Karnataka Students:

• Applicable to: Students not domiciled in Karnataka but admitted to SKIT through the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE).
• Expenses Covered: Rs. 10,000 per annum.

1. Defense Scholarship:

• Applicable to: Wards of defense personnel or ex-servicemen.
• Expenses Covered: Rs. 6,000 per annum.

1. S J Jindal Scholarship:

• Applicable to: Students with at least 60% marks in the previous examination and an annual income not exceeding Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
• Expenses Covered: Rs. 12,000 per annum for undergraduates and Rs. 18,000 per annum for postgraduates.

1. Minority Religion Scholarship:

• Applicable to: Students belonging to minority religions (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi).
• Eligibility: Must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous examination and have an annual income not exceeding Rs. 2 lakhs.
• Expenses Covered: Varies from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 20,000 per annum depending on the course.

1. Pragati Scholarship:

• Applicable to: Female students admitted through AIEEE or CET.
• Expenses Covered: Rs. 30,000 per annum or tuition fee (whichever is less).
