B.Tech Scholarship Program:

General category students with a JEE Mains ranking up to 1000 and SC/ST category students with rankings up to 5000 receive a 100% tuition fee waiver.
For general and SC/ST category students acquiring a rank of 1001-2500 and 5001-15000 respectively, a 75% tuition waiver is offered.

B.Arch Scholarship Program:

Based on the overall AIR in JEE Main Paper II:
- General category students with a JEE Mains Paper II ranking up to 1000 and SC/ST category students with rankings up to 5000 receive a 100% tuition fee waiver.
- For general and SC/ST category students acquiring a rank of 1001-2500 and 5001-15000 respectively, a 75% tuition waiver is provided.

GP Birla Scholarship:

A merit-cum-means scholarship for economically weaker sections of society.
Eligibility criteria:
- Minimum 60% marks in Class X and XII examinations from a recognized board or council.
- Admission in the first year of any degree course at BIT Patna.
- Family income not exceeding Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum from all sources.
- Not availing any other scholarship or financial assistance from any other sources.

M.Tech Scholarship:

Candidates admitted in M.Tech programs with valid GATE scores may receive scholarships if approved and funded by the relevant agency.
