Praxis Business School (PBS) Kolkata

Praxis Business School is a private institute established in 2007. It is located in Kolkata with an additional campus in Bengaluru.

Institute offers a 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specializations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Management, Data Science and Production Management. The flagship program is the PGDM. Also there is a 9-month PG Program in Data Engineering.

Praxis Business School is autonomous and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Admissions for PGDM program require scores from national entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA and GMAT. The institute also has its admission test the Praxis Admission Test (PAT).

Student facilities include a library, sports amenities, laboratories, separate hostels for both genders, an auditorium, a cafeteria and a convenience store. Campus has Wi-Fi access.

According to Times B-School survey 2022, Praxis ranked 2nd in Kolkata and 4th in East India for its PGDM program. Post Graduate Program in Data Science is first among full-time PG Data Science programs in India, as per Analytics India Magazine.

In 2023 the highest salary package offered was INR 17.60 LPA while the average package was INR 9.46 LPA. Prominent recruiters include TATA Steel, LG, SBI Life Insurance, HSBC, TCS and Coca-Cola.
