Dr. NGP Arts and Science College is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1997. College is part of Kovai Medical Center Research and Educational Trust. College spans a campus of 40 acres.

It is affiliated with Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. It also has autonomous status granted in 2015-2016 by the UGC. The college is un-aided.

The college offers a diverse range of programs. It provides 31 undergraduate courses, 17 postgraduate courses and 25 research programs. The institute also offers 4 PG Diploma courses, 7 Diploma courses and 58 Value Added Courses. These programs are organized into six faculties across 32 departments.

The student population is approximately 7500. Faculty includes over 360 members with more than 200 holding doctorate degrees.

Facilities at the college include hostels for boys and girls, a gym, a library, sports facilities, an auditorium and IT infrastructure.

Admission to different courses relies on marks from qualifying examination. For research programs candidates must take an entrance exam and attend an interview.

The college is accredited by NAAC with an 'A++' Grade in its third cycle. It is recognized under UGC's 2 (f) and 12 (B).
