The MEASI Academy of Architecture is located in Chennai. It was established in 1999. Institute is affiliated with Anna University. It has approval of Council of Architecture and is ISO 9001-2000 certified.

The academy provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs in architecture. The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a five-year program and serves as the flagship course. There is also a two-year Master of Architecture (M.Arch) program with specializations in General and Real Estate Development.

Facilities include spacious classrooms, studios, a computer lab with 120 computers, a library, a survey lab, a climatology lab, a construction yard and a multipurpose hall. Hostel accommodation is available for boys. Admission to undergraduate courses is through National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or other recognized tests. Postgraduate admissions rely on merit in qualifying exams.

It collaborates with Westminster University, London and University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
