Bangalore College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) was established in the year 2000. It is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University (Belgaum) and is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi. It is located in Chandapura, Bangalore.
The college offers only four years Under Graduate Courses. Admission into the below mentioned courses is through KCET and scores.

Hostel and Facilities
Hostel
Bangalore College of Engineering and Technology is spread over a large campus and provides separate hostel accommodations for boys and girls.
The students have access to 24 hours internet connectivity as well as power back up. There is a separate mess in each hostel.
There is all time medical services available. The hostel has strict security measures. There is a warden in charge of each hostel to ensure student welfare and discipline.
Other Facilities
The institute has other facilities such as- auditorium, fully stocked libraries with important scientific journals and periodicals and modernized laboratories and workshops.
There is an outdoor sports complex with provisions for cricket, football and volleyball. There is also an in indoor sports complex for chess, carom and table tennis.
The institute provides easy transport access and round the clock medical attention with on call doctor and tie up with nearby multispecialty hospital. There is a cafeteria as well as a computer lab.
