Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) is located in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. The institute was established in 2001. It is a private unaided college that is also autonomous. College is affiliated with Anna University. It has received accreditation from NBA and NAAC achieving 'A' Grade.

The college offers undergraduate postgraduate and doctoral programs. The undergraduate programs include BE/BTech The postgraduate programs include ME MBA and MCA. It also offers PhD programs. B.Tech program is flagship course.
