Hi-tech Institute Of Engineering & Technology (HIET) Ghaziabad

The Hi-Tech Institute of Engineering & Technology (HIET) is a private institute located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in 2004. Campus covers 16 acres. HIET is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU). The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognized by government of Uttar Pradesh.

HIET offers many programs. It has a full-time B.Tech program with six specializations along with BBA and BCA programs. Each of these undergraduate programs lasts three years. At postgraduate level, HIET provides a two-year BEd program and two-year M.Tech, MCA and MBA programs.

Institute has 1209 students and 128 faculty members. Departments include Business Administration, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering and Civil Engineering. Facilities include a library with 10,000 Indian and 1,900 foreign titles a computer lab with 375 computers and sports amenities for many games.

HIET accepts multiple entrance tests for admissions. It is accredited by NAAC and has further approvals from UGC, Bar Council of India, AICTE and MCI.
