Sreepathy Institute of Management and Technology was established in 2009. It is a private technological institute in Kerala. It is run by a trust namely, Sreepathy Trust which consists of many technocrats, philanthropists and well-known industrialist.
The college is recognized by the University of Calicut and AICTE. It is a self-financing engineering college with almost 76 skilled and experienced faculty members.
This engineering college is spread over a large area and situated in a beautiful landscape. It is situated in Koottanad, Palakkad district of Kerala. The college campus is quite spacious and well equipped with all modern facilities such as separate hostels for boys and girls, cafeteria, extensive library, well-organized labs for different subjects, auditorium, seminar hall etc.
Apart from these, It provides various outdoor sports facilities such as badminton court, football ground etc. Besides that, there are some indoor game facilities too such as Carom board, Table Tennis etc.
This engineering college provides UG and PG degrees in many engineering streams like Mechanical engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Civil engineering Structural engineering etc.
The admission to all most all UG and PG programmes is on the basis of merit marks scored in the KEAM, a state level entrance exam.
Hostel and Facilities
Hostels
The institute offers separate hostels for both boys and girls. It provides all the basic amenities and other recreational facilities to its students. The hostel fees are INR 42000 per year. The management provides all necessary security care for the students and the hostels have an anti-drug squad. The hostels are provided with pure vegetarian food along with a wide dining space and hygienic area.

The institute has provided its students with excellent facilities which include- State of the art laboratories for each department, fully computerized digital library with numerous books and e-journals, air-conditioned seminar hall with LCD projectors and an interactive whiteboard.
