Fee Structure of The National Institute Of Engineering (NIE) , Mysore

1. AICTE Pragati Scholarship Scheme:

• Applicable to: Girls pursuing technical education (B.E./B.Tech).
• Covers: Tuition fees and other expenses up to Rs. 50,000 per annum for four years.
• Eligibility:
  • Admitted to the first year of B.E./B.Tech program through centralized admission.
  • Family income should not exceed Rs. 8 lakhs from all sources.
  • Only two girls per family are eligible.

1. AICTE Saksham Scholarship Scheme:

• Applicable to: Differently abled students pursuing technical education (B.E./B.Tech).
• Covers: Tuition fees and other expenses up to Rs. 50,000 per annum for four years.
• Eligibility:
  • Admitted to the first year of B.E./B.Tech program through centralized admission.
  • Family income should not exceed Rs. 8 lakhs from all sources.
  • At least 40% disability certified by a competent authority.

1. Late Sri. Ramanuja Iyengar Scholarship Fund:

• Merit-based scholarship for the top scorer in the first year of B.E. program.
• Covers tuition fees for the second year of B.E. program.

1. Gowramma & B. N. Subba Rao Memorial Endowment Scholarship:

• Need-based scholarship for poor students without any other scholarship.
• Covers tuition fees for one year of B.E. program.

1. Venkubai Endowment Scholarship:

• Merit-cum-sports scholarship for outstanding sports performance.
• Covers tuition fees for one year of B.E. program.

1. State Scholarships:

• Offered by the state government for SC/ST/OBC/Minority category students.
• Cover tuition fees and other expenses as per government norms.
