Fee Structure Of SCET, Thrissur-Sahrdaya College Of Engineering And Technology

The college is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and is ISO 9001:2008 certified, AICTE approved and accredited by NAAC.

The college offers B. Tech courses in the fields of- Biomedical engineering, computer science and engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Electrical and electronics engineering, Civil engineering and Biotechnology engineering.

For admission to the B. Tech courses the candidates must score at least 50% marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics separately and also combined together and must also qualify the KEAM entrance examination.

The college offers M. Tech courses in –Computer Science and engineering, Embedded systems, Power electronics and drives and in Industrial Biotechnology. For the M. Tech courses the minimum eligibility criteria is 60% in the B. Tech examination.

Two PhD programs are offered in Electronics and communication and in Biotechnology.

College facilities include the following- Separate hostels for both boys and girls, auditorium, multimedia conference room, canteen, on campus chapel where mass is held daily, a lush green campus which has earned the college the award of Swatch campus, own fleet of 21 buses, , fitness center, snacks bar, Xerox facilities, South Indian Bank ATM.

The college has an experienced training and placement division. Students have been placed in the following companies- Oracle, Infosys, HCL, IBS, Bosch and Cognizant.

Hostel and Facilities

HOSTEL

The college has hostel facilities for both boys and girls, the fees of each being Rs.50000 for one year. The hostels are fully Wi-Fi enabled, provides health care facilities round the clock, has a common room and recreation room for students.

Wardens and security guards are appointed at each hostel. The rooms provided are well furnished. Some other facilities offered at the hostels are as follows:

• 24 hours fresh water and electricity supply
• Dining hall and hygienic mess
• Sports room and ground
• T.V rooms also provided

CAMPUS FACILITIES

Apart from the hostel he institute offers various other facilities such as a full-fledged library, computer labs, sports ground etc.

Scholarships are also provided by the government for meritorious students in the form of full fee waiver, half fee waiver or scholarships for students under reserved category.

The institute also provides campus placements t the students in companies such as Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro etc. some other facilities are as follows:
