The School of Management Sciences (SMS), Lucknow is a private institute established in 2008. It operates as an extension of the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi.

SMS Lucknow offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in engineering, sciences and commerce. Undergraduate degrees include B.Tech, B.Voc, B.Com, BSc Mathematics, BBA, B.Com (Hons) and BCA. 

Flagship program is B.Tech, with specializations like computer science and engineering, artificial intelligence and data science, civil engineering, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
