Toch institute of science and technology was established in the year 2002 and is located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. The principal of the college is Dr Preethi Thekkath who follows the Bloom’s revised Taxonomy for education.
The institute is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and the government of Kerela. It is also recognised by the Cochin University of science and technology. The institute has been accredited by NAAC as well.
The campus of the college is divided into three parts-
- The Main Block (Aryabhatta Block)
- Einstein Block
- Visweshwarayya Block
It is one of the top 15 engineering colleges in Kerala with the NBA accreditation programmes. It is the prominent one in the Ernakulam district. It is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Kerala.
The objective of the institute is to indulge in research, innovation and excellence in order to benefit the students by providing them with valuable innovations and research education.
Hostel and Facilities
HOSTEL
The college provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The rooms provided are large and well furnished. A space for accommodating 700 students is available at the hostels.
It has 24 hours security guards and resident wardens are available for safety and guidance of the students.
Apart from this several other facilities offered at the hostels are:
