Mar Ephraem College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 2009 as a vision of Rev. Lawrence Mar Ephraem to provide quality education in the field of technology.

The institute is located in Marthandam region of the state Tamil Nadu. All the courses offered in the institute are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

It has a serene and spacious campus with all the latest infrastructure and facilities. Regular accreditation and certification programmes are conducted in the institute to maintain the standards of education. Following courses are offered in the institute-

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

The college provides hostel facilities for its students and is run by the missionary sisters. The application procedure of the hostel is done only offline which is available at the Hostel office.

Campus facilities

The fully automated library has a collection of 4354 books and has access to wifi. The library is a member of DELNET and has collections of NPTEL videos and has a reading room.

The college has state of the art departmental laboratories.

The campus also has communication facilities and round the clock security services.

Students participate in various sports meets and cultural festivals. The college festival is known as Festino Beats.
