Auxilium College Vellore

Auxilium College is a private college located in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1954. It is first women's college in Vellore district.

It gained autonomy status from UGC starting from the academic year 2007-2008. Auxilium College is affiliated with Thiruvalluvar University.

Institute offers 19 undergraduate programs and 11 postgraduate programs. These programs span fields like Arts, Science, Commerce, Management and Computer Application. College places emphasis on Science courses specializing in nine different subjects.

Auxilium College currently has around 2,700 students and employs 250+ teachers. The college provides different facilities including hostels, smart classrooms, a wifi facility, an auditorium, a media laboratory and a well-equipped laboratory. Sports amenities also exist including both indoor and outdoor stadiums as well as a fitness center with sports science support.

Admissions are based on merit. The college considers marks from the 12th state or central board exams for enrolment. Institute has received accreditation from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It achieved an A+ grade in 2003 an A grade in 2010 with a CGPA of 3.41 and another A+ grade in 2016 with a CGPA of 3.55.

In terms of rankings Auxilium College was placed between 151-200 among colleges in India by NIRF in 2022.
